The rooms are modern and clean, equipped with everything you need. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist you. a great find for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the room was comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect, being very close to the underground stations and within walking distance to Hyde Park. The staff were friendly and cute, especially Una, who made us feel at home and were pretty good too ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast offered a great selection of items, perfect for a continental breakfast.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure to assist us with anything we needed. the location of the hotel was perfect, being right above a bar but still quiet at night. The proximity to shops, restaurants, and other amenities made our Christmas stay more fun.

This might be a bit challenging for older or less mobile guests. Another downside was the breakfast, a bit lacking.

I had a great stay at a recently renovated room at The Duke. The receptionist was always available and provided excellent service. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Oxford Street and Hyde Park. The continental breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenient location, and friendly service.

The breakfast menu was informed in advance; Room was very good with enough space for two and suitcases; Staff was very nice and informative; Able to occupy the room earlier, pleasant.
